Many surgical techniques have been described for the repair of lip loss substance. There is no single solution each repair. are classical indications, and plastic surgeon must know principal ones. Each case being particular, often adapt these or combine them. The objective to achieve ideal result according etiology, extent substance local tissue availability. authors report a reconstruction upper with an abbe flap associated bilateral Webster type jugal advancement flap.
